Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the ‘’ website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

Elevate Learning Center Information’ is authorized Training partner various vendors, and provides online and classroom LED training for professional certification exam preparation. We Provide Courses training like Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Devops, Project Management, Scrum, ITIL, Agile, Software Testing etc..

Cancellation & Refunds: Live Classroom

Classroom Training/Instructor led online training

‘Elevate Learning Center’, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

In case ‘Elevate Learning Center’ cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
· If a cancellation is done by a delegate with-in 48 hour,  prior to the event, 100% of the funds will be refunded back to the delegate.
· If a cancellation is done by a delegate after 48 hour i.e 2 days from the day of enrollment or prior to the event, a partial refund will be given, holding back 30% of the total transaction amount to cover cost of administrative fees.  This means the delegate will receive 70% of the original transaction amount back.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing / paying, then 100% refund will be given.
A Partial refund of 70% of the purchase price is given if it is done after 48 hours from the date of purchase, and considering that the delegate has not completed at least two chapters.  Once a delegate completes at least two chapters, then he/she will not receive a full refund at all, should they wish to cancel.  A delegate will not receive a full refund after 10 days from the date of the original transaction, regardless of whether he/she completes the first two chapters or not.  If a free / promotional course is offered along with the course purchased by the delegate, and should the delegate receive certification upon completing the free or promotional course, then no refund will be issued for the purchased course, if requested.  This rule voids any conditional refunds and time allotments for a refund mentioned above, as no refund will be issued regardless of the scenario.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after initiation by the customer.

Please Note:  All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 days of original receipt of transaction.  No refunds will be issued post-10 days from date of transaction.
